Righteousness
II Corinthians 5:21 “
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.”
Righteousness is the instantaneous condition of the Believer; the moment he is born again at the New Birth, the Believer receives the nature of righteous God. He receives God’s righteousness.
Righteousness is the ability for a man to stand, in prayer or in the presence of the almighty and Holy God, as if he had never sinned or heard of sin.
Righteousness is being able to stand before God without any fear or inferiority.
Righteousness is the ability to
stand before God as a Son, greatly beloved and approved by the Almighty God.
Righteousness is not a condition
that man can accomplish by his own work or good deeds.
Righteousness could, and was only
accomplished for man through the work of the Lord Jesus Christ in His death,
burial, and resurrection.
Righteousness means that we can go
to God in prayer and praise Him just like Adam and Eve did before they sinned:
with no condemnation.
God created the new creation (man)
in righteousness and true holiness (Ephesians
4:24), therefore the New Man that you are has
never been a sinner! God destroyed the
old man and has made you into a righteousness being. (II Corinthians 5:17)
God has made, pronounced, judged,
and established his Born-Again man as the righteousness of the Almighty God in
the Earth.
As
you read these Scriptures, you will begin to see that God has made a righteous
man that is unlimited in his ability through Jesus Christ, and a man to be
greatly feared by Satan and the works of darkness. (II Timothy 3:16-17).
Righteousness
Consciousness
Being
conscious of righteousness will have the following dynamic and life changing
effects upon your life:
1. Set you free from a sense of guilt
2. Establish your worthiness to God
3. Give you knowledge of your acceptance by
God
4. Produce peace in your life and home
5. Fear will be driven far from you
6. You will have a readiness to receive from
God
7. Oppression shall be a thing of the past
8. You will have confidence and boldness in
your prayer
9. Your faith will explode with victory
10. Righteousness is a power and a force that
will stop sin when yielded to and acted upon, and will cause the right action
to follow
Proverbs 12:28 “In the way of righteousness is life, and in the pathway
thereof there is no death.”
